This statute states that the name and address of the manufacturer of
the recording has to be inlcuded on the medium being sold. I've heard
some say that this means the original manufacturer who owns the
copyright and other say that if someone makes a mixtape it means the
maker of the mixtape would have to include their name and address on
it. Anyone know for sure?
