Hi, in the event of my death, is there any way to exempt my next of kin from paying my funeral costs? what happens if you have no next of kin? who pays then? I am from australia.


can't get refund of overpayment
By mistake I overpaid an account to a contractor now he won't send me the amount that I overpaid ($1900). He's good for the money, he's just being a jerk. Do I have legal leg to stand on?
