Fulio, Ok, so why do you now carry 2 insurance policies? I can understand going with the lower rate if you feel that the policy and service are equivalent to the old policy. Do you think that this is some special "low introductory rate"? If so

Car accident
Thank you in advance for your suggestions. I live in Philadelphia, PA. Back in October 2004, I was rear ended by my wife's friend's sister. I did not call the police or report the accident to my insurance company (which was my first BIG mistake).
