Does an eviction action show up on my credit report?
I may be getting an eviction notice for unpaid rent since April 1st. I want to pay now, but the LL is evading my attempts at contact. (I think he is doing this because from what I have heard, LL's will not accept rent once an action is filed) The stat

1. Yes. Even the filing of an eviction lawsuit will show up on your credit rating, regardless of the outcome. I've filed eviction lawsuits before and letter former tenants complained to me about it. 2. That's entirely up to you. Even if they can

What is a "void order?" Do you mean that these orders were vacated by the court, or that YOU think they were improper but you failed to appeal them in a timely manner? Unless vacated or successfully appealed, they are not "void" and still enforceable.
