Question: Legality of dumpster diving
Is it illegal to dumpster dive? I have read a number of court cases that say it is legal to do that, because the contents of a dumpster are 'abandoned property' and the previous owner has no rights or privacy or ownership regarding it.

If you have been in a car accident, it is true that you have to pay for the medical care. However, if you tell them that the visit is going to covered by your auto insurance, the clinic will (in many cases, perhaps most cases) be willing to wait for p

If somebody moves from the U.S. to a foreign country overseas, what would be the process if somebody were to file a lawsuit against them? Would they need to file the lawsuit in the foreign country, or could they force a person to travel back to the
