Georgia law Practice

I'm curious about practicing in federal courts (bankruptcy, tax, and
Patent). I would like to focus my practice in these three areas. My
confusion is coming form the fact that i'm currently a member of the
9th circuit and the California bar but i plan to move to Georgia. Will
I need to be a member of the Georgia Bar in order to practice in these
courts while living in Georgia?

Almost certainly. A person can practice law without ever appearing in
court. Therefore, the fact that you intend to limit your appearances
to federal court is irrelevant. You must comply with Georgia law if
you are within its borders.
