How do I know if I've been served?
I moved a few weeks ago. Someone may have taken out a restraining order against me after I moved. How would I know? No one has my new address, except the cable and electric company.

I don't know what state you're in so of course the California form-will might not be exactly what is required where you live. There are also books by Nolo Press that have will-and-trust forms. You can find them in a bookstore or a library. A
