Joint Ownership Question involving Bankrupcy / IRS situation
I am a joint owner with my 2 sisters on a property owned by my father when he died. His estate was left to us equally, specifically the house he lived in. When my father died my younger sister was married, therefore her husband owns 1/2 of her third.
