revocable living trust in Florida

I recently move to FL from Ohio. I subsequently amended my Revocable Living
Trust to state that I am now a FL resident. I recently read that in FL such
a Trust is supposed to be recorded with the county Courthouse, but it says
there is no penalty for failing to do so. What gives? Then why go thru the
effort and expense to do it?

Every government wants more power over you. Never ever involve third
parties in your business if you can help it, especially the government.
If you record this or any other document with any government then you
open that document to government scrutiny. If you record your trust
with the government then you risk losing control of how you assets are
distributed after you are deceased.
