Estate Planning Document Preparation

2 years ago , while I was a resident of the state of Ohio, I went thru the
process of preparing a complete set of documents for Estate Planning,
including:
Revocable Living Trust
Will
Durable Power of Attorney
Healthcare Directive
Now I am a resident of the state of Florida. Since I told my Ohio home and
purchased a home in Florida, I have already amended my Revocable Living
Trust to include the FL home, titled the home to the Trust, and amended
Schedule A listing the various Trust titled items.
Is it necessary or advisable to create new or amended other documents above?

It should not be necessary to amend the will, power of attorney or
healthcare directive, but only a Florida attorney can answer that for sure.
If amendments are needed, they won't cost much.

I'm not a lawyer, but should you need to amend or redo your will,
healthcare directives etc., check out the website lawdepot.com.
located at http://www.lawdepot.com. Not only can you easily download
forms you require for estate planning purposes, but it gives easy to
understand directions on what should be filled out and why. It
doesn't give legal advice but does give suggestions that may save you
high legal fees in the long run.

anyone change from one state to another? If so, what did you do in regard
to these documents?
