There's no need for the bank to care which person with valid POA is
withdrawing money. It isn't involved in the "unwilling or unable" scenario.

Tinyarmy does not know what he is talking about. Scientologists have
exposed all sorts of 'extremists' in their publications. TinyArmy was
too busy reading all the anti-scientology propaganda instead of taking
