Ohio Does Not Define Probate Asset?
I have searched the Ohio Revised Code. It does not define "probate asset." Is that unusual? Or is it just that everybody looks at an asset (eg jointly owned account) and they think, "We know who owns that" and it doesn't need to be defined?
