Can someone effectively just keep a case in limbo by not being
available when it comes to service of a subpoena?
This is a child custody case. The person who has disappeared (the
father) also has the child and in violation of the existing court orde

I ended up calling a professional drying company. After it was done, there
doesn't appear to be any damage, but i'll await any complaints. I might also
offer them to get a mold inspection at my expense to give myself piece of
