ID question
So Ihave a buddy who hides his ID on him. Besides a cop finding it after claiming he had no ID, are there legal reprucssions to not havign it with you (besides driving).

Business records qualify as a hearsay exception because they're reliable since the person keeping the business record has first hand knowledge about the data being recorded, and no motive to falsify the information; it's kept for his own use and record
