Is there a minimum lenght of time that is required for a employers to
give there employees regarding unused vacation time? Here's the
situation: my current employer has not done a very good job over the
years on keeping tabs for employee vacation time.

I have a question as it relates to pay of working on the following
holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
