I wish to sue a party in Orlando Florida and have not yet found a
lawyer to take on the case. Therefore I am considering initiating the

The newest development is that I called the local radio lawyer talk
show. It's a once a week legal advice show. I explained the problem and
asked which lawyer in town might take this case and I got a name. He
explained mostly what I have already found

Estate license). I'm in Florida and doing this Pro-Se. What are the elements
