We really can't tell whether your new survey is correct. You seem to
indicate that you had a survey done 2 years ago that places some of a
neighbor's structures on your property. You don't say whether these

I think that if an individual can pass the test for their license & pass without schooling...it should be allowed.I know of many individuals (including attorneys) who have their degree & have as much common sense as a rock!
