Uncashed Forgotten Rent Check?
I misplaced and somehow forgot to cash one of my tenants rent checks. It was from almost a year ago, and of course my tenant didn't mention it. It was for storage so not a huge check. I just found the check. Am I still entitled to the money. I'm in NY,
