Lawyer Fraud

cvediamo@yahoo.com

It is difficult to find lawyers who can sue other lawyers for fraud or
forgeries. Can anyone help or give ideas? In New York State, it
would seem the judges and district attorneys take the word of the
lawyer. How can my family overcome this problem?

I have seen many ads and billboards that say 'WE SUE LAWYERS"

Move to New Jersey.
The lawyers are far worse here! Fraud, perjury, forgery, abuse of process
and more are standard operating procedure in the NJ courts.

A lawyer is not immune from prosecution. You file charges against a
lawyer the same way you do any other person. If the charges have
merit, the grand jury will indict. If you feel you've been screwed by
a lawyer, find another lawyer.

I wonder if there have been any class action suits against a city and
the court system?

No, it's not difficult. As in any other type of lawsuit, it is necessary to
find an attorney who is practicing in the specialty you need. Suing
attorneys for malpractice is a specialty. Once you understand that, the
rest is as easy as finding an attorney speciaizing in securities fraud cases
or whatever. If this case against an attorney is not a matter of
malpractice, then it is even easier. Attorneys who sue people for auto
accidents, for example, don't hesitate when the defendant is an attorney.
This answer must not be relied on as legal advice for the reasons posted
here: http://mcgyverdisclaimer.blogspot.com . And I am not your attorney.
