So what are you whining about? If people want to carry a gun while working, they can find another employer besides Pizza Hut.
The issue numbnuts, is not "wanting to carry", the issue is a company taking responsibility for the effects of its policies. ======== So what kind of un-American anti-freemarket commie are you that companies shouldn't be free to set their own employment and operational policies?

Um that would be a "Democrat" kind of American, numbnuts! (This year: independent voting Democrat in primary JUST to stick it to Hillary!) And here's the difference between Democrats and other parties. Democrats believe that EVERYONE who isn't in public power (and that includes company managers setting policy) are WAY too dumb to decide anything for themselves. Therefore, one needs those in power (government) to set all manner of laws and rules about lead and mercury and asbestos and height of coat hangers, and guns on campus and you name it. Basically if you don't have a rule for EVERY aspect of life, then Dems think people will just abuse that freedom and ruin things for all of us! Now you've got me wondering what the Democrats have in the hopper just waiting for Billary to win the White House? Probably something about allowed sexual positions...

It's not that they're too dumb (although there's plenty of evidence for that); it's that they're too greedy. W and his friends eviscerated banking regulations. How'd that work out?

I see this as (somewhat) analogous to anti-smoking policies in bars.
But it isn't.
The argument being that bartenders and waitresses shouldn't be subjected to second hand smoke, to which I say, 'Fine, then make the choice not to work at an establishment that allows smoking.'
So you're against all the mandatory Health and Safety laws that restaurants and bars are forced to comply with, eh numbnuts?
Though regrettable, if Pizza Hut says no guns when you're delivering, and you have a problem with that, then perhaps delivering pizzas for a living isn't up your alley.
Yep, employers are free to enact policies that are MORE restrictive than what the law requires, but not less.

Mark this one in the books! Reality-check has made a cogent statement for a change! As much as some of us would like to fantasize about being able to "carry everywhere", employers do still have it within their power to deny it on the job. We can hope that Pizza Hut will change it's policies, and let people carry, but in the mean time you're also free to work somewhere else.

If someone thinks a job is dangerous (say, working in a bar that allows smoking, or, say bomb disarming, or tagging adult Great White Sharks, THEN DON'T DO THAT FOR A LIVING.
So you ARE against the mandatory Health and Safety laws, eh numbnuts?
What don't you understand about this?
That part where you stammer like a pig-ignorant imbecile and contradict yourself within the same sentence.
