Much new construction in northern IL has introduced the ways of
Northern IL to a population that doesn't want any, as this following
important inside information for the general population about the
dangers of Lake County IL, which is not Buffalo Grove and Northbrook
for the most part.
Most of the new construction being around Round Lake Beach and Gurnee,
so the public needs to know what actually goes on around those areas.
Where the "normal person" drunk drives in the morning commute, throws
houses into foreclosure as a "normal practice", "lives with relatives"
as what "normal people do", buys what they cannot afford and then
"repos" and normally exists with fraud, deception, and criminal
practices that are "normal" to the local culture which is not going to

horrific poverty.

harassing "having a job", poisen pen lettering, attacking any
relationship outside of their area, and the local government
"officials" as persons on record now caught conspiring to abuse their
positions crimianlly harassing residents personally with government
office materials.
Including Doug Larson of Round Lake Beach police's favorite, which is
filing in court in multiple courts at the same time "removing all
public services because they take up our time" in activity that meets
criteria for pre1964 hate crime, which is why he posts that on his web
site about not profiling as he is an automatic good ol boy on hate
civil rights.
Round Lake Beach police internal affairs also consists of Doug Larson
filing claims with Lake County that anybody who reports anybody at
Round Lake Beach is "mentally ill" which Lake County then charges the
public for and puts them through any time Round Lake Beach police ask
them to, as the complete removal of the law Larson threatens people
with around the area.
As other known tactics of actual operation there is also how Lake
County wins cases.
What Round Lake Beach police and their attorneys do in order to get
away with this, is to file multiple procedures at the same time, and
use the other ones as claimed conclusions in a third procedure
including filing repeat "removal of all public services" used as
"evidence" in other filings there is no basis for.
On record now as including the entire Round Lake Beach Board of
Trustees, filing fake claims last year of having been "harassed" with
junk fake evidence that did not contain a single document but was a
fake evidence drama prop, and then a fake claim of having been
threatened with a gun in another written document carefully kept from
anybody reading, that does not contain anything the persons lied to a
judge about to obtain and use in other legal procedures.
Recycled for over 6 months of now "considering prosecutions for
persons feel was threatening" under statutes that do not permit doing
so 6 months of mileage filing perjury with courts later, as "business
smarts" of Round Lake Beach IL, which cannot get the idea in there
that the Board of Trustees is a problem on the same level as the Round
Lake Beach IL Building Inspector who has just been arrested for the
same thing, which is filing fraud and perjury as able to fake anything

repeat hate statute violations most particuarly including hate
disabilties claims and in court filings claiming the general public
from Chicago "actually speak gibberish and are delusional" as a secret
known only to the local resident filing those claims since last year
at Round Lake Beach local goverment.
The big issue about the court abuse by Round Lake Beach includes the
use of multiple court and criminal personal obstruction as "what
normal people do" is as per the building inspector, file fraud in
multiple courts at once to use other fraud with the active fraud, to
fake "other evidence" that is also never produced, as with never using
written motions for the same criminal intent, so that the persons
literally threaten to file more to get what they want in procedures
there is no basis for.
As the general law enforcement and public corruption that is
unacceptable to the general public with Round Lake Beach.
But which the general public has to know about ahead of time, and
refuse to purchase property or take on the risk of northern Lake
County in general, as this is the horror that unwary victims are going
to find themselves entrapped in the deceptiosn and the fraud of.
The court version being ugly enough to justify allowing Round Lake
Beach to buy back houses.
