As IL residents are aware of, there is no regulation or recourse about
anything for the general public, to the point that most IL politicians
are known to conduct public marketing of services that in practice do
not exist for the public, such as the state civil rights offices which
in IL result in no human rights enforcement in the entire state, the
current adminstration continuing to replace directors worse than the
last one or unable to make a change.
Regulation of any licensed anything has also gone hopelessly corrupt,
so that the public more at risk with licensed providers or businesses,
than otherwise, as the regular business is still subject to small
claims court, other lawsuits, and UCC code enforcement as most
licensed predators are not.
Persons who attempt to file complaints in particular often find that
filing any form of complaint is highly dangerous as most persons in
areas like that, have learned to shut their victims up with fake
suicide reports, fake police reports, fake mental labelling being IL's
favorite pastime for blocking legal procedures in general, such that
the entire topic has corrupted into what is a national emergency for
the destructionism IL is inflicting on the population from IL where
such persons are in a mostly free fire zone.
As Health Grades has evolved to allow the public to for a fee, post
complaints about doctors who criminally abuse patients as "social
housewives" as a favorite IL rich b*t** practice of rich persons whose
view of ethics is that stupid people are going to live in hell, as a
very common Chicago suburb nightmare, and the MD's who examine neck
endocrine glands in the victim's breasts with the idea the victims
would not know the MD was copping a feel, as all rich person the IL
government has made the public into complete predators on the public
who make harassing phone calls late at night, cut off public services,
act out civil rights agendas with the victims as IL does not enforce
the laws that do not allow businesses or licensing to do so, etc, and
which fails a general resource to replace the licensing we do not have
anythign but a public corruption from as propaganda, as anybody with a
tort about a licensed anybody can verify.
The question then is should the public start posting their complaints
about the persons who have found their ways to block lawsuits,
retaliate if complaints are filed as the police in general have a near
puppy mill practice of providing that services for shutting up
complaints on record all the way in IL to OEIG in actual cases IL
claims were something else, etc.
It appears to be the only recourse the public has, and would make
public complaints back into the free speech rights of the victims who
are in a very hostile predatory system of persons the public's abuses
by is currently worse than it was when Enron was also a trusted party.
And wiped out the retirement assets of so many.
The victims being unable to even file lawsuits as the laws which make
obstruction of lawsuits a felony are also not enforced, as the laws
about mob action which make persons who conduct political skill about
their victims as another serious crime are no longer enforced etc, and
the entire topic of the law has gone back into the history of abuses
of the underclass that Americans no longer have a way to live through.
As persons who need the powerful who have recreated hell, brought back
down again.
And a way to make such persons publicly accountable and no longer able
to retaliate, and threaten, and obstruct, etc, so that the public is
restored to their rights in court.
Currently with attorneys more dishonest than Enron was, a very similar
national crisis in deceit, dishonesty, fraud, perjury, fake evidence,
and povertizing the victims on the level of a firebombing into poverty
by persons our government has created as a problem the public needs to
force our government into no longer having the right to look the other
way for.
To the point of arresting police who block reporting of their pals in
their scams, thuggery, criminal abuses, etc.
As accessory to the crime the police have by doing so created, and
persons whose political views since 9/11 are ones the public can no
longer afford to tolerate.
Public websites for the public to post their horror stories and
complaints as a place to replace Professional Regulation which does
not provide remedy or do other than tell the public that as long as a
licensed provider pays taxes they can have a license , is the only
remedy on that one anybody has left.
These persons do not have the right to inflict this on the public, and
are currently doing so as IL public corruption of every regulatory
mechanism in the state under the current administration, but right now
without the US becoming the French on the topic of holding their
goverment accountable, this is hell for all of us already an Enron,
which is never going to end.
Posting names and stories to the internet as a public resource right
now is the only weapon teh public has to fight back and restore our
right to be safe and be provided with what we pay for, and safe from
persons who obtain our information via their businesses which in IL is
no longer the case.
