elcome to another nightly page in history that must by now most
assuredly seem like a bad episode of science fiction of a reality type
of saga from our sworn protectors of the law. After all who or rather
I should say what other group of individuals in our society that
should know better than other people that are in other professions but
those that we the honest decent intelligent part of the free world
call LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Once again the never ending relentless pursuit of common a bottomless
supply of hate along with a seeming endless supply IGNORANT SUTPIDITY
that helps the law breakers with law enforcement badges, and
INTENTIONALLY FAILS to even talk to the victim. ALL of this is in an
endeavor to take out their victim of their CONSPIRACY against an
innocent disabled man with multiple health and medical problems and
conditions. Whose ONLY MISTAKE that I have made was to ask, beg, and
implore law enforcement for help in the first place.
The treatment that I have received and so overly shown to me is a
beautiful portrayal of hate and terror inflicted by those with badges
and of which is so well most excellently and beautifully displayed by
our LAW NFORCMENT in the city of CONCORD in beautiful CONTRA COSTA
COUNTY in the great state of CALIFORNIA.
Not only have the POLICE LIED to me on occasions but also DENIED their
involvement and REFUSED to tell me of another agency hard at work
against me. I found out the identity of this agency to be the CONTRA
COSTA SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. I made this horrendously sickening
discovery by listening to my police radio scanner. When I heard them
announce to other officers of the Sheriff's and also identified them
as the S.O.
To show the proof of HOW UNPROFESSIONAL these people are as shown to
me by their telling people including loudly in my hearing things like.

HIM."

I can't help wondering or is it just me that would understand that to
mean that first they would IDENTIFY themselves? Also wouldn't it be
logical to assume that if they really wanted to help that they would
SPEAK to me directly?

These people have INTENTIONALLY REFUSED to IDENTIFY THEMSELVES to me!
ALL these people have said in my hearing and done to me is
TERRORIZATION as in scaring me to such extent that on one occasion I
was so terrified enough to hobble away on foot for fear of my life,
health, safety to walk 2 miles away from home only to be found close
to death on curb side by kind people trying their best efforts to help
me and make sure I got medical help.
These people have INTENTIONALLY REFUSED to tell me or anyone in my
hearing of
WHAT kind or type of help are they talking about? What type of help
are they offering to me?
These people have TERRORIZED me continuously and used their brand of
HATE CRIMES against me. This INCLUDES BREAKING INTO my home and
INTETNIONALLY VANDALIZING and other most accurate terms up to an
including DESTORYING my property.
These people have INTETNIONALLY REFUSED to DIRECTLY SPEAK to me!
How can these people want to talk to me if all they do is REFUSE to
come to my front door, ring my doorbell when I am awake and it is a
decent hour and others are around the house? Why is it that on many
occasions they just drive around the block and never stop when they
see me on the street come up to talk to me?
How can these people want to talk to me if all they do is follow me
when I leave the house with their constant threats of arrest, being
taken, being removed, made to look like I was never born or was here
in the first place?
How can these people want to talk to me if all they do is follow me
around in an effort to arrest me?
How can these people want to talk to me if all they do is try to break
into my home from yard or side of the house or window especially when
I am in bed or alone in my room?
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why am I constantly
TERRORIZED by them and WHY do they use HATE CRIMES against me?
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why are they telling
the local neighbors that they are going to get rid of, remove me for
them?
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why are they trying to
get close enough to hurt me?
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why are they HELPING
ALL THE AGGRESSORS and NEIGHBORS in this situation?
If these so called officers just wanted to talk to me then why have
they obtained over 50+warrants to get me?
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why is still ILLEGALLY
HIDEING ON MY PROPERTY when I have LEGALLY POSTED SIGNS that they have
for all this time NTENTIONALLY VIOLATED? These clearly marked and
clearly placed posted signs say PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT and NO
TRESSPASSING.
If all they JUST want to do is talk to me then why are they still
harassing me, annoying me, bothering me?
If these so called officers just wanted to talk to me then why are
they still trying to arrest me when they know that I am resting /
sleeping IN my own bed? And that is during normal sleeping hours it is
now 4:49 in the morning. They are trying to get into my house NOT
thru front door. I have NOT committed any crimes! I just a few
minuets ago heard 1 say if he BLOCKS HIS BEDROOM DOOR and keeping us
getting him then we can get him on evading arrest.!

On that note I want to remind people that even 2 independent lawyers
said NOT to talk to anyone who FAILS TO IDENFITY THEMSELVES. Several
HIGH RANKING POLICE OFFICERS SAID DO NOT TALK TO THEM DO NOT GO
OUTSIDE TO THEM!
I NEVER CALLED THEM! I DEMAND TO BE LEFT ALONE! I DEMAND THAT THEY
JUST GO AWAY AND NEVER RETURN!
I DEMAND they go after the neighbors who created all these problems
and caused problems enough to really hurt me in the first place like
CONCORD POLICE should have done when I first called?
I DEMAND our government on all levels explain itself in public and on
a public media why our president, the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA, whom has a strong stance of ANTI HATE CRIMES and ANTI
TERRORIST ACTS, ORDERS ARE IGNORED BY THEM!

In my eyes and in my opinion, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT is telling the
PRESIDENT of the United States this statement.
"Screw off Mr. President. We will terrorize whomever, wherever,
however we damn will please. We are the police and your message /
orders do NOT apply to us!
