LAW ENFORCMENT wants to give criminal record and make arrest me as
they are blocked from breaking into our house and I quote "just to
talk"
I can't think of a more ACCURATE way to title a post and be 100%
honest at the same time. In most of my on going constant updates of
what LAW ENFORCMENT in the CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and city of CONCORD
areas I have never or very rarely used the terms pigs or piggy.
For purposes of the record I need to say this: From listening to my
police scanner radio, I have learned about the involvement of the
Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department. I have also learned of
their involvement by over hoarding police officers at the front desk
talk to each other when I went over to CONCORD POLICE HEADQUARTERS to
check on any reality of wants and or warrants. On that I was told NO
WANTS and NO WARRANTS.
From the start of their involvement all I have heard these people say
to others is and I quote "ALL we want to do is to talk to him. ALL we
want to do is to help him."
From the start of their involvement these people have INTETNIONALLY
FAIL to IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. Additionally these people have
INTENTIONALLY FAIL to SPEAK DIRECTLY to me. This aspect has NEVER
changed and or improved.
HOWEVER I am tired of their constant unrelenting, ceaseless, and
uncalled for, unwarranted, unprovoked style of harassing, annoying,
bothering, hate crime and terrorist act style and methods. I am tired
of them getting their warrants against me. I understand that these
warrants obtained against me must now total well over 50 plus. They
are using every excuse possible to get me. They are helping the
neighbors in their ILLEGAL CONSPIRACY against me. Also they are still
currently involved in an on going CONSPIRACY of their own against me.
I haven't yet been told why or what this situation is really all
about. I am still trying to understand why they want me and why they
keep on doing anything and everything possible to hurt me. This
includes of them by actions inducing stress and problems enough to
send me to the emergency room and sometimes in hospital with heart
attacks, strokes, attacks of a known medical and health condition.
They have constantly REFUSED to come directly up to me and speak to me
when they see me HOME and awake during normal proper hours.
Also recently I lost our family car of which was left to us by my
uncle for my mom. These people have upon MANY occasions have
succeeded into breaking into my house when no one is home or aware and
targeting my room doing things from VANDALISIM to DESTRUCTION of my
personal private property
This is now a very expensive ordeal as I am unemployed and obviously
in poor health and have no money or my own to keep replacing my
things. At last total amount of things if brand new it would be well
over $2000.00 of just my stuff so far. This DOES NOT include the
priceless and irreplaceable things vandalized.
I am not now and never have been and positively NEVER will be a
criminal or a bad person. However these agents from our county
sheriff's department are still trying to BREAK INTO our house as we
sleep and or not at home. Having monitoring equipment on I have
heard comments of what they think I am thinking and or dreaming about.
If that isn't sickening enough they seem to have some type of device
to view and make other comments about and what action they think is
going on BETWEEN MY LEGS and in some cases UNDER MY BLANKET IN MY OWN
BED where I SLEEP ALONE. I can't help what WISHFUL thoughts they are
having of and about me.
In locking up the house tonight 4-12-04 a short while ago, I was
either seen or heard putting things on my front door and tightening up
all window locks and hearing a comment in the range of "see that what
he is doing? That is why I want him. I really want to arrest him. I
don't want to talk to him." Wouldn't it be logical if they just
wanted to talk to me they would have come to the front door and
established proper contact procedures? Procedures like knocking on the
door and or ringing my door bell asking to speak to me and enter my
house. Normally I would NEVER have a problem with that and would have
received and treated them as I would any other guest in my home.
However tonight they were heard saying that they want to figure out a
way to get in there and talk to him and then arrest him. I have no
intentions of letting them into my home regardless what after this.
I will NEVER at any time and or NEVER any way, any shape or form
allows them to get close enough to me to get me. I have COMMITTED NO
CRIME. I WILL NOT become a victim of theirs and or a victim of FALSE
ARREST. Especially after finding out about all of these 50 + WARRANTS!
CONCORD POLICE have told me of no wants and no warrants. Even several
high ranking police officers along with several regular police
officers have instructed me in front of a witness of DO NOT GO OUTSIDE
TO TALK TO ANYONE WHO FAILS TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. I have also been
told the same thing from 2 separate and independent attorneys.
ALL these problems are caused by a neighbor and family who moved in on
my street almost 6 years ago. Also this family has gotten other
immediate neighbors to join in on their conspiracy and help them. You
can see what these people who call themselves good neighbors really
are. I am looking into legal measures against LAW ENFORCMENT and
others involved against me. This includes and means every, any an all
possible legal action leaving nothing undone, nothing untried and
every thing that can be thought of. Any ideas, thoughts, comments and
most of all HELP would be greatly appreciated.
