I know there is a statute of limitations
doesn't this apply to traffic tickets too ???
If you file them don't they "vanish" after a few years ???

My friend does not consume alcohol....
I have a friend who works 2 jobs often gets nabbed for speeding on a
FREEWAY
where traffic usually moves at 75 or more except during "special times"
It's during several of these "special times" that he drove the normal
speed and got pulled over
he's already paid about $4000 in speeding and carpool fees in about 4
years....
