see that Law Enforcement in CONCORD and in Contra Costa County
California still lets HATE crimes, Terrorism, Crimes against the
disabled, weak, elderly welcomed and encouraged.
Once again the vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
are in VIOLATION of our basic rights. Once again the other day I had
to replace my property sign in MY OWN BACK YARD. I had to do something
to secure the NO TRESSPASSING signs that are located in the front of
the house from being removed easily. I also had to do the same with
the private property signs in the front of the house. We have PRIVATE
PROPERTY KEEP OUT signs in the back yard area and on the sides of our
home. Our signs are constantly being INTENTIONALLY TORN / RIPPED down
by the vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
Once again we have had our home and property INTENTIONALLY VIOLATED by
the vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. These
are the same people who for years intentionally LIED as they told
other people and I quote: "ALL that we want to do is to talk to him.
ALL that we want to do is to help him. These agents of the law ARE the
people who have created all kinds of legal problems and false charges
and bogus allegations against me. These are the same people who swore
up and down loudly and made a promise and oath to get me regardless
what others say or do about it. The vermin that is these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have ILLEGALLY and extremely intentionally
VIOLATED our home by damage that is now over an easy $15-20,000.00.
Our roof of the house has been destroyed by their storm trouper walk
and drilling holes etc all over our home. This does not even get
close to property lost, broken, removed etc from out of our home.
The vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have
broken into our home so many times that it seems like a revolving door
that they operate when ever the mood strikes them to do so. WE have
had some of our priceless to extremely valuable possessions stolen out
of our home. These ARE the same law enforcement officers who
intentionally sleeps deprive me when the mood strikes them to.
The vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who for
years been telling people and I quoting: ALL we want to do is to talk
to him. ALL we want to do is to help him."
I am shocked at the constant level of the LIES and the INTENTIONAL
DISGUISE of the. REAL TRUTH... I know that is a LIE because.1 these
so called officers since the start of their involvement have
continuously and INTENTIONALLY FAILED to IDENTIFY THEM TO ME. 2: These
so called officers since the start of their involvement have
continuously and INTENTIONALLY FAILED to SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY. These
are the same so called law enforcement officers who are still tapping
my telephones, computer, illegally bugging our house, invading our
privacy.
Also these are the same so called officers that are illegally
invading and blocking my internet email and some other internet
activities all of which are being used LEGALLY by me. This action
taken by them on the internet alone is ILLEGAL and TOTALLY AGAINST THE
FCC RULES AND REGULATIONS. I will NEVER approach them after all the
times that my life, health, freedom, happiness, security and all the
times in general and with the constant threats that have been made to
and against me that if they ever get their hands on or get close to
me.

The vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who feel,
act, behave and conduct themselves that they are above the law, break
the law any time that they wish and how the wish to do so. It is a
clear message to the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES of what the law
enforcement thinks. I believe that this statement is a general
ACCURATE summation.
"Screw off Mr. President. We ARE the LAW ENFORCEMENT and we
will TERRORIZE, we will commit HATE CRIMES at any time, in any way, in
any manner, using any style and method that we damn will choose.
We will do what we want and when we want to anyone and target who and
what we want. We ARE the LAW ENFORCEMENT and there is NOTHING that
you or anyone can do about it."

Since I have been most heinously targeted by these so called law
enforcement officers and the abusive treatment that I am receiving
without a rest proves beyond a doubt that the tax money is NOT needed
for anything connected to law enforcement in this area as its officers
have time to violate the innocent. These officers who do NOT protect
and serve me as I am part of the public have been intentionally been
DENIED proper process as my complaints, letters, calls for help are
and have been intentionally IGNORED. This is now 3 years of this
crap. I have been practically killed due to medical problems on many
occasions due to all the stress and the abusive terrorist tactics by
law enforcement against me. NO OFFICER of any law enforcement agency
has gone to the source of all these problems and arrested, told to
stop and leave me alone or spoke to these neighbors on my behalf.
However I am the target and I have yet to see 1 officer of any law
enforcement agency give me the decency, proper contact etc and speak
to me directly. ALL law enforcement DENIED me the courtesy of
speaking to me, of any concerns or problems that need addressing. ALL
these officers intentionally failed to identify themselves to me.
These are NOT proper or decent officers they ARE TERRORIST!
I have been threatened with jail and arrest and worse. These people
never said anything to my face and always asked the neighbors if they
wish me to be removed out of my own home. The city CONCORD in
California boasts where families come first. WHAT A LIE! HAS NO
TRUTH! I can think of other cities that deserve better for your
vacations and tourism.
This proves that HATE CRIMES are WELCOMED, ALLOWED, ENCOURAGED in
CONCORD! This also proves that the school district will not punish a
student who is on sport teams. I am asking the public to DEMAND
answers from every public, city, local, county, state and federal
official, of how much money is being paid by this family to law
enforcement officers and what favors are being exchanged for all this
illegal, unmoral, unethical, and unprofessional behavior and illegal
actions of these so called law enforcement officers to let this
continue to happen.
How much money is being paid and what favors are those kids really
doing for them to have these officers of the law abuse me? What
favors are being performed by family members to have these terrorist
officers to try to kidnap, abduct, kidnap me from my own home and take
me from my family. I have committed no crime and for the past 3 years
