Bob: you were disbarred, weren't you? Why are you holding yourself out
as an attorney when you are not?

Bob: you were disbarred, weren't you? Why are you holding yourself out
as an attorney when you are not?
1. I resigned pursuant to my state's "right to work" law. A subsequent "show
trial" by non-judges was
not an effective disbarment.
2. I am an attorney by virtue of my Juris Doctor Degree. Holders of such
degrees not admitted to practice in 49 out of 50 states nevertheless are
entitled to use their degrees in their titles everywhere.
3. My numerous pro se clients submit my drafts in their own names. I assist
them in preparation.

False -- both in it not being by judges, and that it was not an
effective
disbarment. Furthermore, AZ's "right to work" law does not allow you
to resign from an organization, such as "the bar".

That assistance would be illegal if performed in "49 out of 50 states".
Since
you do it in Mexico, there's no violation of US law....

Mr. Rubin is simply wrong. None of the members of the bar committee were
judges, nor had any of them taken the Arizona-required judicial oath of
office.
"Disbarment" of a non-member of the bar is without force or effect.
Furthermore, AZ's "right to work" law does not allow you
to resign from an organization, such as "the bar".
Wrong again. The Arizona Bar has all of the attributes of a labor
organization,
to which Arizona's "Right to Work" State Constitutional provision absolutely
applies.

Wrong --- Drafting of documents to be signed by pro se litigants is lawful
everywhere.
Any state law claiming Bar control of pro se documents is unconstitutional.
Since
you do it in Mexico, there's no violation of US law....

The decision was "ratified" by the Arizona Supreme Court. Those
look like judges to me!
Wrong again. The Arizona Bar has all of the attributes of a labor

ALL the attributes? I don't THINK so. Your misunderstanding of
AZ's "Right to Work" provision might be another reason why you
were disbarred.

False. Perhaps another reason why you were disbarred, although there
appears
to be no UPL statute in AZ.

For full disclosure, you might add:
4. I am a habitual spammer with a well-documented history of screwing my
clients, making patently frivolous arguments to the court, was disbarred for
my unethical acts, and years later, having scampered across the border to
Mexico, remain in deep denial about these things.
5. Send me your money in spite of this.
