Took ex fiance to court.
We got engaged.
She was severely in debt.
I sent her two emails that I would LOAN her money not give.
In court She admitted receiving them .
She authorized her creditors to talk to me and confirm the amounts.
She provided the account numbers and her social security number
I wrote three checks paying off the debts.
Each check was noted what it was for and the account number it was
applied too.
Three weeks later she terminated the relationship.
I need any and all case law I can get to show unjust enrichment and
anything else that may be relevant.
