TERMS AND CONDITIONS This service agreement covers network access to the subscriber, whether an individual or a company and does not extend to any other person or corporation, including affiliates(s). RiverCity Internet Providers, Inc., or another authority, may determine inappropriate usage of this account, and all use privileges may be revoked. If this action becomes necessary, the subscriber will be informed in writing and will be reimbursed unused fees on a pro-rated basis. The description of an unmetered account is an account which averages five hours of live connection time per day. Subscriber is required to log off when not actively using the connection. Dedicated accounts are available for continuous connections. Subscriber must be aware that RCIP makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, for the fitness or marketability of information obtained through the service for a certain purpose. RCIP takes no responsibility for any damages or losses suffered by the subscriber as a result of the use of this Internet service. This disclaimer includes the loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruption caused by RCIP's own negligence or the subscriber's errors and/or omissions. Use of other organizations' networks or computer resources are subject to their respective permission and terms of agreement. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the subscriber's account with RCIP. RCIP Services shall not be used to send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other network users. Violation of this condition may result in fines, penalties, court fees and other compensation do to network loss. Payment is due in advance of each due date, under the terms stipulated on the customer contract. Terms may include payment by credit card or personal check, monthly, quarterly or semi-annual payments, and discount with prepayment. Account is considered delinquent if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date and may result in immediate suspension. Rejection of your credit card account or a returned check may result in immediate suspension. There is a $10.00 service fee for reinstating a suspended account. There may be an installation charge for a new service and for any additions to that service. Please contact our office for information on the many exciting services offered by RCIP. RiverCity Internet Providers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an account for just cause. Notice of cancellation will be made by U.S. mail or E-mail, reimbursing unused fees where appropriate. Just cause may include, but is not limited to, misuse of the Internet by inserting obscene or threatening material. Cancellation of contract: 30 days notice is required for cancellation of contract and must be in writing and sent either by US mail, fax, or E-mail to RCIP. Prepaid fees may be reimbursed on a prorated monthly basis.
