re: MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
Wanted; knowledge of.... or how-to secure a copy of a Marriage Certificate. I know of only two states that might have them: Nevada and/or Idaho. I KNOW this instrument exists - I use to have a friend in Boise, Idaho that had one. Any assistance
