I wanted to sell LED Displays for car. The idea is to put an alphanumeric sign,
about 2 feet long inside my car, facing the rear window.
I was told that this is not allowed in NY and in NJ.
Anyone knows where it is allowed?

Does anybody know what a ballpark figure cost is for a liquor license?
