Hello,
I have a pending 1983 ( Civil Rights Suit ). Does anyone know of a way
to get good reliable help on this since the judge denied my request to have
a attorney appointed in the case to help me ?

Now that Canada has decided that paralegals must be certified in order
to act as a legal paralegal. Since I am a canadian I am not sure on
how the USA system works. Could I kindly have some insight?
