I thought someone said that the US-Japan extradition treaty allows
extradition from Japan to the US of a non-Japan citizen if the crime
is not a crime in Japan. Japan will only extradite one of its own
citizens if it is also a crime in Japan.

I'm not much of a chess player, although I played a little as a
youngster, and so I certainly remember B Fischer as a great player.
My current interest in this matter is more from the political/legal
perspective than the chess perspective, though.
