Thanks for publishing here the follow up to an interesting controversy.
I was one of those who felt that the failure to leave a tip was at least
inappropriate but the DA feels the matter is not worth pursuing. I don't

That sounds like a truly horrible undertaking. Unless the damages were
potentially HUGE I can't imagine an American lawyer would even bother. You
