Thank you, Bob. The transaction went through 3 months ago and I did not
dispute the charge thtough the bank, as I relied on the company's
promise to refund my money (now I know I was wrong to have relied on
them). Is it still not too late?

I had a contract with a company (for bottled water). They took some
money out of my credit card by mistake and now I am struggling to get
my money back.
Their staff are unprofessional and ignorant. Calls are never returned,
promised are not kept.
