unless---you happen to pursure soething on a shared account/computer/public
access ect, and go after the wrong person of the sharing group....
you might find yourself on the wrong end of a suit of some sort.

This will sound like a very amateur question to most of you.
A guy owes me $1,000 (and he agrees that he owes me this money - I have
his email stating that). However .. he does not pay. In that situation
will it help if I go to Small Claim Court?
