Will court help me collect debt?
This will sound like a very amateur question to most of you. A guy owes me $1,000 (and he agrees that he owes me this money - I have his email stating that). However .. he does not pay. In that situation will it help if I go to Small Claim Court?

I don't know what state you are in, but here in Md, I've seen e-mail messages used at trial. It's a good idea to print out the entire message, complete with quoted text, if any, from prior message(s) and the full origination information at the top of t
