Now that makes sense. If I were the judge - and the cop admitted he was
tailgating I would hold him liable for tailgating. There is no law that
says that police do not have to observe the road laws during NON
emergency situations.

Hello:
Would like to get a few opinions from you folks before I
go running around to get quotes. Really know nothing about this subject.
What's the going rate these days for someone to obtain Title Insurance for

Uhh.. interesting post, but I've never heard of a jury "short list." As far
as I know jurors are pulled more or less randomly from the COUNTY, not the
city, and Santa Maria is a city. I'd put my money on the fact that your
story is BS.
