Hello,
I was hoping that someone in here could help clear up a discussion that we
were having in a wal-mart chat.
I realize that each state may be different so I'm looking for a general rule

yeah I suppose it could be... just don't know of anybody ever being

k I think I found it. Thanks for the part about the "exculpatory no,"
which made searching a breeze. It appears to be 18 USC § 1001(a)(2). I'm
assuming "matter" in (a) means a criminal investigation?? But (a)(1) seems
to say whoever "covers up" any

Here's a thought. If Callous is so insistent that Cam is innocent, why
doesn't HE do Cam's jail time? You know following his alleged savior by
