Company X in Canada got aquired by Company Y which is a US IT
corporation with 1800 employees.
Company X an IT firm of 70 people in Canada, has C-Level executives
who have been with the company for over 10 years and are like buddies.

work in Canadian Subsidiary of US Parent Company. I want to file
lawsuit against my employer for discrimination and psychological
harassment.
Should I file it against the US Parent company?
Would it be admissible in court?
