Hi, I ordered their expedited service in California and I it was approved in just about 1 week. After it was approved I called them with followup questions, and the people there are very helpful, and spent time with me on the phone. I will definitely use them again.

I was skeptical when i first decided to form a corporation online, but when my lawyer gave me a quote at almost $1000 more I decided to look online. After calling three different companies I felt the most comfortable with Incorporate Fast. My lawyer wanted an extra $500 to get it setup in 5 days, and for nothing extra it was actually completed in three business days. I'll stick to my lawyer for advice, but if I need a nother corporation I'll be calling Incorporate Fast. - Jack E.

I ordered a North Carolina LLC for a rental property from Incorporate Fast and while they were not able to provide answers to some of my specific tax related questions (that's why I have a CPA), they processed my order quickly. The process was faster than I thought with approval in about 2 weeks and I didn't even have to pay for the Rush service. I'll use them again if I buy another property. Thanks - RAH

These guys have absolutely no experience in filing S-Corps. They actually set the effective date for the S-Corp for the following year ecause they did not understand the S-Corp filing rules. I am fighting with the IRS to change the date now. Otherwise, I will lose thousands of dollars in taxes.

All they did is filled out the basic name, address, ect fields on the Secretary of State website. I was sorely mistaken to think that they would make customized articles which would actually protect me. A baboon could do what they did in just a few minutes.
